I've worked with TTS for several years now and have only great things to say. Kelly provides excellent advice for caring for all of our trees and has always given me a few options of recommendations when professional action is needed - with fair costing so I can make the best decision for my trees and my wallet! Most recently, my 35 year old Silver Maple in my front yard lost its upper canopy to the past 2 years' winter freezes and the heat wave/drought in 2023. The team came out and did a great job cutting out the dead branches and leaving the live ones so we give it a chance to sprout new shoots and save the tree. The crew even hauled away the trimmings so my yard and curb were left in tip top condition. 10 out of 10!

We needed some very large/old trees removed from our property. I honestly wasn't even sure how it would be possible - the trees were in tricky and hard to access spots (leaning over the house, touching the fence, in a narrow spot behind the garage). The crew was exceptionally skillful. The job was done in just a few hours and without even a scratch to our roof, fence or pathways. One of the guys just climbed up the trees on a rope - like a mountain climber - and cut chunks gradually which were then lowered with the rope. The work was very efficient, with the other crew members cutting and hauling away the wood. They also cleaned up all the saw dust. The whole process, from booking to consultation to job to payment was efficient and impressive in every way.

I might add that I forgot to tell my neighbor behind me that we would be trimming the tree, so the crew tied and pulled the trimmed branches over the fence to my side, so they didn't need to enter his yard. Professional arborist looked at my trees and spotted several limbs that needed to be pruned. They also took care of a fallen tree limb due to high winds, that was laying in the yard. After meeting with two other tree trimming reps we received excellent advice from the arborist Russell, and then a competitively-priced estimate that included every detail we discussed. Russell called ahead of the arrival of the crew. The crew arrived on the dot. It was large, every member seemed to know exactly what to do. There was no wasted effort. They trimmed a large cedar elm and a pecan and removed a second cedar elm, cleared logs and cuttings, cleaned up the yard, taking just an hour to complete the job. The trimmed trees look beautiful, and completely natural. The invoice was emailed to us and we were able to pay by credit card over a secure link. We will use Texas Tree Surgeons the next time.
